14 days to change your mind

Unopened items in their original sealed packaging can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery.

Opened items

For hygiene reasons, fragrance that has been opened or used cannot be returned or exchanged.

Damaged or wrong item

If your order arrives damaged, leaking or is not what you ordered, message us on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the item and packaging. We will replace it completely free, delivery included.

Delivery costs

• Our mistake: we cover everything.
• Change of mind: the delivery fee is paid by the customer.

Refunds

Once we receive and check the item, your refund goes back to your original payment method within 5–7 working days. Your bank may take a little longer to show it.
